  Good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were pretty big and beds very comfortable. Also free wifi and parking. Overall great accomodation for such low prices.

  Worst place I've ever stayed in. Ive stayed in many low priced motels. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE GOES THERE. Bad service and attitude from the reception. Highly over priced and the room smelt foul and was very dirty. Most disgusting place I've ever stayed at, and I can usually do anything. There are heaps of Cooma motels, I wouldn't have stayed there if everywhere else wasn't booked out. Says a lot since it wasn't even booked out. Would give it a worse rating if I could

  I was brought here by my tour company and 11 adults and 6 childrens stayed in room 34 and 35. We arrived late at 7pm and was given the key card access to our rooms. Initial impression while we waited outside reception seems acceptable for the price we were paying for the tour. However, this took a turn for the worst when the rooms we stayed in had bad odour, the sheets were dirty and the blankets provided were inadequate for the night we were staying as later on in a July night temperature can reach -1. To be fair there was central heat in the room, but having a warm blanket would provide that extra hospitality. The next complaint that I have is while visit the reception/bar for a glass of red wine to warm myself up before retiring for the night, a quick trip to the loo required me to ask the staff to switch the circuit breaker for the bathroom as something has tripped it out. So depends on how much you actually pay for the rooms, I had stayed in youth hostels with a greater level of hospitality.
